Being the hands-on daughter of one of our hard-working Livestock Agents, Ella was always destined to come along and help out in BR&C in some way, and now she is juggling commitments between her final year of school and working consistently in our Swan Hill Merchandise department.
Commencing her schooling at St Mary’s Primary School Ella suggested that the best memories of her formative years was running around playing with her friends. When asked about her best memories from her secondary schooling at MacKillop College, she quickly responded that it was sneaking off at lunchtime to go down the street. One gets the feeling that she might feel a little confined in the walls of a school…
Once you get to know Ella it becomes more obvious that she was born to be out and about, chatting and helping people in the Rural Industry. Ella says that she loves the Agricultural industry, loves the different people she meets along the way…and she’s had plenty of opportunity to meet farmers…as she has been a tag-along helper to Dad doing his Livestock Agent duties since she could barely walk.
Ella loves being active…whether playing netball, getting up on a horse or on top of a pair of water skis…she doesn’t seem to slow down. It’s a quality we love in her, and one that sets her in good stead when serving our clients when they come into the store.
